We are now taking pre-orders for our 2019 beef, ready this fall. We will be selling wholes, halves, or quarters by the pound hanging weight.
Typical hanging weight is 500-600 lbs so a 550 lb hanging weight would be $2915, coming to about 350 lbs of individually wrapped finished product. That means you're getting everything from burger to ribeyes for an average of $8.33 per pound! This is by far the best value option we offer.

When purchasing a whole beef, you buy the live animal from us and we deliver it to the processor. We then pay the processing fees and pick up the meat for you and arrange to get it to you. All numbers are estimates since different animals butcher out at differing weights. We request a deposit to secure your beef and the remaining amount calculated on final weight is due upon delivery.

Amounts to ~ 175 lbs meat

Pastured Chicken
We are now taking pre-orders for our 2019 meat birds. Raised on pasture and organic grains (no soy, non-GMO). Choose from either the summer or fall harvest. Our whole birds average 4-5 lbs each.

Whole chicken - $5.00/lb
The first batch will be ready the end of May. Let us know how many you want and we'll arrange to get them to you once they are harvested.
