Grass fed, grass finished beef.  Our Sirloin Steaks are cut 1/2 in thick and come two to a package. Individual vacuum-sealed approx 1.3 lb packages. These are the leanest of the steaks. On-farm pick-up or free local delivery available for orders over $20.
