One package (~1 lb) of uncured, unsliced pork belly. This is essentially an uncut, uncured chunk of bacon meat from the side of the pig.  Tastes great sliced to preferred thickness, salted, and flash-fried!  From pigs raised on pasture and non-GMO feed.  No hormones or antibiotics.
