Our farm fresh eggs are produced by happy, healthy hens.  Our hens are on pasture all through the spring, summer and fall and moved daily to fresh grass.  They are fed a non-GMO, no-soy grain mix plus garden surplus.  In the winter they enjoy a well-lit hoop house with deep, clean wood chip bedding.  During the cold months when they can't eat grass, we give them sprouted grains, alfalfa, kale and organic kitchen scraps to help boost their nutrition.  These eggs are nutritious and delicious!  On-farm pick-up or self-serve pick-up site in Carbondale.
