Pasture raised.  Supplemented with an organic, non-GMO, non-soy grain mix as well as organic garden surplus and wild berries as available.  Dressed weight is 6-7 lbs. Chickens come whole, without giblets, frozen in vacuum shrink bags.  Broiler season is June through Sept with periodic harvests throughout the summer.  We process the birds and freeze immediately.  We typically have some inventory into the winter, but encourage you to pre-order chickens for the season to secure the quantity you want before we sell out. You can pick up chickens at the farm or we can arrange local delivery for no additional charge.
