Grass fed, grass finished. Sold by the pound hanging weight @ $7/ lb.  Hanging weight for a half varies but is typically 200-300 lbs. A 200 lb hang weight would cost $1400 and amount to approximately 135 lbs of individually wrapped finished product, a larger animal would be more.

 

When purchasing a beef share, you buy a portion of the live animal from us and we deliver it to the processor. We then pay the butchering fees and pick up the meat for you and arrange to get it to you. All numbers are estimates since animals butcher out at varying weights. We request a $250 deposit to secure your beef and the remaining amount (calculated on final hang weight of the individual animal) is due upon delivery.
