Grass fed, grass finished. Sold by the pound hanging weight @ $7/ lb.  A typical hanging weight for a quarter is 100-150 lbs, which would cost $700-1050 and amount to approximately 65-100 lbs of individually wrapped finished product. You can request a larger or smaller animal and we will try to accommodate.

 

When purchasing a beef share, you buy a portion of the live animal from us and we deliver it to the processor. We then pay the butchering fees and pick up the meat for you and arrange to get it to you. All numbers are estimates since animals butcher out at varying weights. We request a $125 deposit to secure your beef and the remaining amount (calculated on final hang weight of the individual animal) is due upon delivery.
